;Sanctuary is the eastern region of TOME. It is a location devoted completely to social networking; as such, nobody can participate in battles here. The Drain Edge landed here when Nylocke threw it from the Balanstadium in Episode 10.

;Sanctuary is generally green in color, consisting of grasslands and forests. Benches can be found scattered here and there around the area. The major landmark of this area is the Netking Statues: a large monument in the center of ;Sanctuary with statues for Execk, Kindarspirit, Webmaster, Bitshrum, and Rubirules. Additionally, the remains of statues for Zetto and Kizuna can be seen on either side. These statues surround a large stone platform used for public gatherings and events.

- Kizuna's search board for the Forbidden Power in Episode 11 seems to suggest that ;Sanctuary is split into "sectors," but it's possible that this is only done by her for the purpose of their mission.
